8 | feel groovy (1998) Back in 1996 the desire to create a website devoted to teen idols of the 1970s is what drove to me learn HTML and web design. Armed with a sizeable collection and plenty of enthusiasm, I knew I could offer something unique to the web. In 1999 Feel Groovy was nominated by Real Networks, makers of RealAudio, as one of the 7 most entertaining sites using streaming media. Later that year it was featured in an edition of publisher teNeues' Internet Cool Guide and cited for its excellence in design, content and originality. Today, it's in dire need of a redesign but... who has time? |
